• Ensuring facility representatives are available when coordination is necessary.

5. MRI, Radiology, and Restricted Areas

Clients remain responsible for communicating their facility’s specific safety policies, access restrictions, emergency procedures, and any changes that may affect a safe working environment.

Elcy may postpone, modify, or decline work where required safety information, authorized access, appropriate supervision, or safe working conditions are not available.

6. Scheduling, Changes, and Cancellations

Service schedules are arranged based on staffing availability, facility requirements, and the agreed scope of work. Clients should notify Elcy as early as possible if a scheduled service must be changed, postponed, or cancelled.

Cancellation notice requirements, rescheduling terms, and any applicable charges will be described in the accepted quotation, work order, or service agreement. Additional work requested outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or written approval.

7. Fees and Payment

Service fees, payment schedules, deposits, invoice terms, and any applicable additional charges will be included in the accepted quote, service agreement, or invoice.

Clients agree to pay all agreed charges according to the applicable payment terms. Elcy may suspend or reschedule services if invoices remain unpaid, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement and applicable law.
